Understanding The Limits of Colonial Sovereignty Virtual Teach - In Hosted by: Haul No!

Haul No! will host a virtual teach-in on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 6pm MST that will review the Navajo Nation policies (and recent changes) related to the work to protect all impacted communities from Energy Fuels’ Pinyon Plain uranium mine, White Mesa uranium mill (in Utah), and radioactive transports.

Learn about the Navajo Nation Diné Natural Resources Protection Act; the Radioactive & Related Substances Equipment, Vehicles, Persons, & Materials Transportation Act and new transportation regulations in progress.

Haul No! events are free and open to the public. This teach-in will center those most at risk and prioritize questions and statements from residents near the mine, the mill, or along the current haul route. For everyone else, please be mindful when joining this space. Thank you!
